嘿嘿，俺从没见过定义，无论notes，还是原版教材。但是做题推断，貌似应该是:

long forward+short commodity+lend money to bank

我怎么记得这两个书上都有定义啊？ commodity forwards and futures那章的，讲那个pencil怎么通过lending赚钱的，我还特意留意了下作者，几章都是一个人，觉得是cfa教材里面写得最好的几章

rebalancing cost主要指的就是transaction cost。这题选statified，没什么好说的。

题目要求的是minimize cost ，没说rebalancing cost。这个我很确定，没有指明哪种cost.因为，FR strategy在处理两类cost上，表现截然相反。如果你说是building cost，那怎么能选FR呢。所以，这题，是有歧义的，最终评判，就看CFAi用哪个，它们是皇帝
