答案说选a，但是我没懂那个说issue 一直不变，是什么意思呢，利息支出现值也不相等吧，怎么会ratio一样呢

回楼上的，是财务的问题，谢谢可可乐，不过对于那句的理解好奇怪，，，既然是有coupon干嘛还不变， 怎么不发行个zero coupon的呢，或者他说两个zero的不就得了，，，呵呵
