L2 notes缺页的recaptured depreciation

最好, 而且, 有没有人, problem, challenge

因为notes缺页而且看了textbook完全没有提recaptured depreciation 完全不明白是什么，有没有人能够解释解释，最好能结合一下节后的challenge problem 谢谢

我也是没有看懂。Notes电子版好像是没有缺页的，你可以翻一翻。

Curriculum上面翻了半天也没有看到recaptured depreciation的字眼……

recaptured depreciation主要是针对房地产投资，算tax时候用到的。

唯一重点就是要分清net selling price<original cost，和net selling price>=original cost的两种情况下，recaptured depreciation tax和capital gain tax分别是怎么算的，那就可以了。

和realised gain on sale没有任何关系。
