[CFA报名] 求助！报名错误A record that contains identical values to the record you have

在professional profile填完之后，出现了一个错误，不知道为什么。我填的邮箱以前应该没有注册过。“A record that contains identical values to the record you have created already exists. If you would like to enter a new record, please ensure that the field values are unique.(SBL-DAT-00381)(SBL-EXL-00151)”

怎么办？
