Dual listing vs Secondary listing

what are the differences between the above two listings?

Secondary or cross listing is usually done with depository receipts where each DR is a multiple of a certain number of shares. Arbitrage keeps the prices pretty close and this is almost always done cross border.

A dual listed organization is where two separate corporations act as one business. They share all benefits and losses as predefined in an equalization agreement. They list separately and have different shareholders.
