Professional Statement-Ethics question from Mock

criminal, question, afternoon, reading

Question 1- Mock afternoon session:

Can anyone tell me where I can find this piece of information in either S.notes or Curriculum:

Members and candidates must self-disclose on the annual Professional Conduct Statement all matters that question their professional conduct, such as involvement in civil litigation or a criminal investigation or being the subject of a written complaint.

Im kinda freaked out by this information, have no idea about it after reading from S note

who cares where it came from- doesn't that statement sound pretty legitimate? So if you saw that on the test you would say ok this probably makes sense...

if you have not taken exam for so long, you would not know, but you get an e-mail from CFA every year asking about if you are not under criminal investigation and so on.

good luck with the exam.
