Yiota dear ... i was more afraid that I am with those that will be able to enroll for Dec 2011. For L2 you are may choose not to enroll ... so there would be no need to be able to enroll at the 27th ...

once you enroll for l2 you can call yourself a level 2 candidate tho. it does have its benefits to register ASAP. plus its cheaper
