level 1 bands

meaning, level
guys may you explain to me the meaning of bands and how they apply to level 1. am siiting for level in June 2012.

they apply to people that fail. CFAI puts those that fail into bands from 1 through 10, with 10 being the closest to passing. Dont worry about it until after the exam.
