Purpose of This Job: - In 2009, sales team will be over 1,000, with promotion of 7 products ( NovoRapid, NovoMix 30, Levemir launch, Human Insulin, NovoNorm, NP and needle ). The sales team will be divided into two sales teams
- DBD set Finance Controller position in 2009, responsible for tracking and analysis sales achievement, spending planning, productivity, spending allocation direction and efficiency, provide insight and suggestion to sales management.
- The overall objective of this position is to support sales management to achieve sales target and optimal spending allocation. Meantime, coordinate spending with other function such as Marketing and Finance functions
Main Responsibilities - Annual AB and RE2 planning
- Participate annual regional sales and spending allocation, provide constructive suggestions. Provide detail budget such as capacity and promotion
- Evaluate monthly regional spending in order to increase spending efficiency and effectiveness
- Overall DBD spending and regional spending planning and summary, on time feedback and communicate findings to sales directors at quarterly bases
- Coordinate with finance dept to analysis ROI, regional spending etc.
- Provide optimal investment suggestion, lead to optimal spending decision
- Spending phasing and accrual management
- Work together with counterpart in marketing and finance dept., giving out suggestion on spending coordination within 3 related dept.
- DBD budget forecast
Supervision: Currently No Education and Experience Requirements of the Position: - Internal finance experience is preferred
- Good English communication ability
- > 3 year finance experience, with management and consulting experience is preferred
- MNC experience is preferred
- Colleague degree above finance education background
