Your friend is on the board. He/she tells you weeks in advance of results day that you had enough questions correct to safely say you passed. Does this happen?
You're on the board. You're son/daughter is eagerly waiting on his/her result. You know the likely outcome based on their scantrons. Take it to the grave, lest the grave take you.
Now if your friend/relative can use a combination of public information and non-material facts to make an educated and informed guess then he or she would be protected under the mosaic theory.
