今天复习了seesion 8， understanding the Cash Flow Statement,做题的时候发现第三题我不懂。
答案里面说直接用cash from sale of building 减去 purchase of machinary 就得到 cash flow from investing activities, 但是为什么所给的表格里面那些sales of preferred stock和 repurchase of common stock都不用考虑呢？不是那些sale proceeds from debt and equity investment 都是算在investing activity 下面的么？
