这边的definition of soft dollar arrangement错了具体是只哪一句？是这句么？‘we believe we exceed industry...soft dollar standard.??怎么理解呢？

soft dollar brokerage refers to transaction conducted on an agency basis.
我以为brokerage不是指交易，而应是交易产生的佣金。所以定义有误。

我觉得是最后那句话有问题吧: since the research is proprietary,we are not required to disclose our use of soft dollars. 应该是must disclose the types of research received through proprietary or third-party research,the extent of its use.
