South East Asia taking, between, countries, interested, travel

Hi. Is there anyone from South East Asia taking the exam? I am particularly interested in between Singapore and Philippines. I live/travel in these two countries a lot.

I signed up to take my next exam in Manila. I currently in the US but will be in Singapore starting next April. I didn't want to fight the crowds in Singapore which is why I signed up in Manila

Is the passing rate declared by country?
