(Lack of) Speed Kills tricks, content, pretty, taking

I'm doing pretty well on the content, but I'm taking too GD long to answer the questions. I'm pretty sure it is a combination of lack of focus and being too wordy, but does anyone have tricks/suggestions to improve timing?
