nope, you are allowed to value every three years. I believe the REITS was the issue with composites.

REITs are distinct from those the other listed option - so that was fine. I guess the question is, how do you value real estate for GIPs?

Can't include CMBS, REITs which follow the General Provision with the real estate composite.

the composite was created wrong. they were including direct realestate with indirect realestate
