First time pass rate

guess, taking, around, people
Does anyone know (or have a guess) on the pass rate for people taking the level 3 exam for the first time? I'm guessing around 25%.

45% has been the overall pass rate last couple years, so it would have to be lower than that. Maybe 30%?
