Firm Coordination Example example

Can some one give an example for "Firm Coordiantion" ?

and how does it differ from MArket coordination?

Firm coordination will be a company that uses its own resources to perform or produce a service or product. Market coordination will be outsourcing the different parts of that service or product due to lack of capital or ability. Check you notes for better explanation.

so say suppose I want organize a rock concert....will I do a Firm/Market cordination depends on

1) Capital
2) Skill to organize
3) want to focus more on the "thing" (performance of the rockstars) more or not

is this correct?

Honestly it depends on what kind of resources you have at hand. If you have all the needed resources, it will be a Firm coordination. Otherwise it is a Market coordination.
