Lvl 3 result from a failed candidate. Where did it go wrong?...

My afternoon result is not bad, so I guess I have done good study.
Morning result is not as worse as some of the passed candidate.

So where did it go wrong?.... How can I improve it?

I think it was the individual IPS and institutional IPS that killed you, because this two together contribute over 30% of points in the morning session.

Perhaps if you change a bit your exam technique, you can kill it next time.

If you are not sure about the required return calculation, don't spend too much time on it (actually, this year's required return calculation only accounts for 7 marks). Spend more time on time horizon, risk tolerance,..etc which are easier to get marks.

For institutional IPS, read the past AM paper guideline answer over and over again. reading CFA textbook is also important. Schweser is weak on the IPS part.
