Unable to register for level 2

doesnt, choice, before, register
I am nt able to register for the level 2 exam as during registeration it doesnt show me any choices in the "exam" dropdown choice.. why is it so.. Also, what r the fees for level 2 if we register before 1st deadline..

Registration for the December 2011 CFA exam will be temporarily unavailable from 9:00 a.m. ET, 23 July until no earlier than 9:00 a.m. ET, 27 July.
