this is absurd. i didn't even take the level 3 exam and i am frustrated with the level 3 newbies (i just passed level 2 like you, OP)--this same question was posted a few days ago and it's been asked many times before.

...you passed 2 levels, I am sure you can gauge the extent of study required by just skimming through the syllabus and sample exams

i thought corp finance wasn't directly tested in level 3?

Are you serious ?
L3 next exam is in June 2012, no matter when you start studying. So just relax a bit, get some social activities and refresh your mind. it's not a sprint rather a marathon.
