Be reported: PCP investigation receiving, continued, reported, remember, seconds

i was reported, receiving a letter from PCP saying " the candidate continued writing for about 2 seconds after time was called".  while i totally cannot remember anything.

Does anyone have ideas or suggestions on such cases? Any of your words would be appreciated.
