[CFA Level 3] 给再次征战三级的朋友：2013年CFA level3 级考纲变化(个人整理)

3级, 考纲变化

最近刚报名了三级的考试，根据协会提供的电子书，发现13年的三级和12年的变动不大，新增加了几篇6选项的课后习题，有的Reading的统计图例部分有点变化，主要是增加了至2010年的统计数据部分，对考试没什么影响。最大的改动在于2013年的教材重写了Book 4中的reading28整篇文章。具体变化如下所示。个人觉得如果今年3级未通过的朋友，报名时可以只买电子版教材，变化的地方打印一下即可。由于是个人整理，有所疏漏之处恳请大家批评指正，顺祝大家一起努力，成功通过明年的三级考试！

2013年CFA level3 级考纲变化
1.LOS变动部分：
Reading 6 LOS b.有改动

原LOS：b. interpret the Asset Manager Code in situations that present issues of compliance, disclosure, or professional conduct;

新LOS：b. determine whether an asset manager’s practices and procedures are consistent with the Asset Manager Code;

Reading 9 新增LOS c.

c. discuss how behavioral factors influence portfolio construction;

Reading10 新增LOS m.及LOS n.

m. determine the strategic asset allocation that is most appropriate for an individual investor’s specific investment objectives and constraints;

n. compare Monte Carlo and traditional deterministic approaches to retirement planning andexplain the advantages of a Monte Carlo approach.

Reading28全文变动，新的LOS

a. compare interests of key stakeholder groups and explain the purpose of a stakeholder impact analysis;

b. discuss problems that can arise in principal-agent relationships and mechanisms that may mitigate such problems;

c. discuss roots of unethical behavior and how managers might ensure that ethical issues are considered in business decision making;

d. compare the Friedman doctrine, Utilitarianism, Kantian Ethics, and Rights and Justice Theories as approaches to ethical decision making.

2.变更部分页码：黑体字部分为2013年教材所在页数，加粗部分为打印所在页数(教材中有很多的i,ii,iii，因此总页数增加，这个页码可方便打印)
