JOB TITLE
Accounting Manager, based in Shanghai, report to Financial Controller
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Review and ensure financial transactions are accurate and timely.
2 Review key account schedules, ICA reconciliation and specific accounts control calculation.
3 Prepare, review and coordinate related financial reporting, including balance sheet and P&L.
4 Coordinate with Corporate Departments and external/internal auditors on daily operation and audits.
5 Support and prepare AOP activities, mainly in expenses aspect.
6 Prepare & review monthly costs of organization development and advise judgment for management's evaluation
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/PROFILE
1 At least 5 years experience in accounting field, Big 4 background plus internal accounting management experience
2 Prefer experienced in working with Share Service Center (SSC) and SAP system
3 Prefer ACCA/CPA
4 Good command of English, Mandarin, good negotiation skills
5 Team player, positive mind-set, result-oriented and high level of initiative
