Did you use CFAI materials at all? word, actually, standards, practice, directly

Has anybody actually used the CFAI materials at all in their preparation? Seems like most of you are using Schweser (like myself) and the CFAI materials seem quite unwieldy.
The only thing I’ve used the CFAI materials for was to read the ethics section, and even that seemed like Schweser lifted directly from. Most of the examples in the standards of practice handbook appear word for word in the Schweser questions.
