Ethics 6: John Smith, CFA his, situation, business, likely

John Smith is a hot wall street trader, who writes his name on business cards and in correspondence, as John Smith, CFA. John has never taken any CFAI exams whatsoever.
What does CFAI do in this case? Do they mention such a “likely” situation in the booklet?

clearly a violation of the standards but in this case John doesn’t care he is violating CFA standards.
I haven’t read any item sets related to someone impersonating having a CFA designation….

If you dont live by the code and standards….might as well lie. Can we report this joker to someone?
Any further info you can give us on this guy so we can bust him??? Firm??? buy or sell side? We should take this guy down….
