Quality study spot along the Hudson River, Manhattan, NYC... recommend, because, outside, whether, Series

I don’t know how people can study at a Starbucks, Aroma,  etc… franchise… whether it be for the CFA, their MCAT’s, LSATS, GMATS, Series 7, NYPD exam, TOEFL, etc… their FUBARS… etc…. anyways, along pier 71, a bit south, there’s these benches and tables that are rather clean… and rarely occupied… I studied me level one there because I just wanted to be ‘outside’ on the weekends, when it was nice… like a dork, I’m living life… i recommend these benches above the public libraries, and the franchises, and one’s office and home, for the ‘weekends’ that is. It tricks your mind and emotion that, hell yeah, it’s the weekend, and I’m doing something! Hooo yah! of couse, in the states, the autumn is coming… must find a new spot…
