Can an undergraduate student(passing 2014) give CFA-I in dec december, passing, through, website, please

I am an undergraduate student   and my graduation is due in  june, 2014.  
Can i still give CFA-1  in december, 2013.
I have been through the CFA website,  but it is mentioned ambiguously there.
please help.

you can take CFA level I exam within the final year of graduation
so…. if you want to take Dec 2013 exam, your expected graduation date should be before Dec 2014
When you create username on CFAI website, they will ask you when do you expect to graduate

I feel like I should open an organization that matches people who want to give the exam to people who want to take the exam. Charge a spread, and there should be lots of money there.
