对carry trade的风险管理中，说：
If the value of a currency falls bellow the band, the trader will overweight that currency in the trader's carry trade portfolio.
这是说当currency falls bellow the band，要买入这中货币，使他overweight吗？还是说这种货币已经overweight了，要卖出。
