请问为什么第一年不计利息?

因为年初付钱，所以没有利息，呵呵

年初支付租金，就是第一期开始的时候付的2000都是冲减本金了，还没开始算利息，因此，本金上来就少了2000

我知道年初付钱当年的本金就直接减少到8000了,可是到了年底8000就不计息吗,为什么对这个8000的利息要放在第二年
为什么8000*0.12不是第一年的利息而是第二年的

这个是第二年初才付钱，会计上是计入第二年的，所以第一年就没利息了

那这个利息是在第二年的报表中才能反映出来的是吗,还是不太明白,为什么其他的都是第一年就会计算,这个就不计算.
