consequence the cost of raw materials used in the production of the country’s primary
export has increased. Newfoundland’s government is worried about the impact upon
the overall output of the economy and as decided to implement a credible feedback
policy change based on price levels. What is the impact of this policy on (a) money
supply, (b) price level and (c) real GDP?

不是太理解题目 credible feedback policy 是什么呀？

做题不要进入误区 不要被题目蒙蔽吓到 其实比你想的简单 看题要先定位考点
我认为这个题目要考点是cost-push inflation
因为原材料价格存在flooring price,所以原材料价格过来而引起aggregation supply不足，从而引起了cost push inflation
这种inflation的结果是 supply不足（货币解决方法是提高money supply) 因为 less than full/rell GDP 所以price也低

我覺得是這樣看 , credible feedback policy change based on price levels. 這個中央銀行會好像歐洲央行的, 以物價水平作為核心,而不同美國的full emp, 所以先不論credible feedback policy是什麼政策, 中央應該會是加息, 從而壓制物價水平, 這樣答案b 貌似是成立的
