Curriculum上面翻了半天也没有看到recaptured depreciation的字眼……

recaptured depreciation主要是针对房地产投资，算tax时候用到的。

唯一重点就是要分清net selling price<original cost，和net selling price>=original cost的两种情况下，recaptured depreciation tax和capital gain tax分别是怎么算的，那就可以了。

和realised gain on sale没有任何关系。
