after tax operating cash flow = (S-C)(1-T)+D, 我的理解是只要 discount depreciation differential 就可以了，为什么答案给出的还要x tax rate(40%)？谁能讲讲？

dep*t是dep提供的tax shield

可是根据公式， (S-C)(1-T) 没有变，变的只是D阿
