shareholder's equity under consolidation, equity method or prop. consolidation 不是都相同的嗎?
所以ROE under these 3 methods are the same.
但在這條題目, 答案說non controlling interest也計入了 shareholder's equity, 是否意味ROE也不同了?

教材上讲，IFRS下，minor intr在负债和权益中间
GAAP下，可以longterm liability or 两线之间
怎么解释呢？

除非考试明确说，MINORITY INTEREST 在IFRS 和GAAP 下都放在equity 里。 过去，IFRS 下，minority interest 放equity, GAAP 放负债和权益中间。
