想问这两部分是不是只有在二级里面详细讲过

都不记得当时内容了。。。但是三级道德题里还会有这个

不知道是不是看第五本NOTES后面的道德总结就行了或者看HANDBOOK就行了

还要把去年二级的书拿出来看一下这两个部分么？

这两部分具体讲来有哪些要注意的呢？

soft dollar其实是你给brokerage 生意 ( trade through the brokerage) , brokerage给你些什么research analysis report 之类的，

记住soft dollar要用于client investment analysis , 不能用于cover investment manager的operation fee。。。
