在professional profile填完之后，出现了一个错误，不知道为什么。我填的邮箱以前应该没有注册过。“A record that contains identical values to the record you have created already exists. If you would like to enter a new record, please ensure that the field values are unique.(SBL-DAT-00381)(SBL-EXL-00151)”

怎么办？
