请问这句话该怎么理解？为什么要把working capital扯出来？

working capital change is (year 1's current-current liability)-(year2's current asset-current liability), which affect CFO

NI+Noncash expenses (depreciation, etc) +-non-operating gain/loss +-changes in noncash working capital
so changes in noncash working capital is a part of CFO by definition
