Silly question about sequentially passing requirement:

If can not pass level 2 or level 3, should i restart to take exam from level 1?

没通过二级的话，再考二级，不需要从一级重新开始

If I take another level 2 after the first one failed, the whole period will exceed 3 years even the following level 2 and level 3 are all passed.
