能否介绍一下作为管理培训生入职外资商业银行后的职业发展路径。
据我所知培训期结束后会分有两个大方向，一个是general的，对于各个部门都不精专，走管理路线；另一个是specific的精专于某一部门，走专家路线的。
请教这两个方向要想走得顺走得远，各自需要具备什么条件，mba?cfa?还是需要继续深造学位？
另外对于跳槽来说，两个方向各自具有什么优势？
最后就是在商业银行中，需要特别注意累计哪方面的经验呢？

我个人的情况是本科和master都是经济金融，master毕业后进入了现在的银行。

it depends on the bank you work for and they will assign you to the specific department. As from what I know, some MT can't get into their top choice department, again, depend on the headcount of each dept.

So, you might end up with less exp and business exposure to someone who was hired with you, but been focusing on the department. However, MT is always good program to learn and to "relax".
