Just wondering, from previous takers,, How close is the mock compared to the real exam?
Difficulty, Im sure is equal, but what about questions? Are they similar with different number sets? Do they reference the same ideas but structure the question different?
Or are they a totally new set of random questions about LOSs?

Well the difficulty level is about the same. If you get lucky, you might even see questions way easier than the mocks. But there could be questions tougher than mocks too but i guess 1-2 max.

The mock is pretty indicative of the real thing. I thought last year's mock was fairly balanced whereas the real exam had one session that was more difficult than the other. The CFAI mocks and the real exam focus much more on conceptual understand than plug and chug calculator stuff i.e. Schweser.作者: btcapital 时间: 2011-7-11 18:06
Some sections were harder and some were easier. For instance, I found Quant and Econ harder and FSA easier. Overall about the same
