so capital lease = expensin, ownership
operating lease = Financing, Renting?
I'm little bit confuse with a capital lease and CAPITALIZE a lease, they are NOT the same?? are they???
I thought a Capital lease it s like you bought the property, assume ownership, capitalize a lease means to financing a lease??? not buying it, right???
