If level one was more about concepts and knowing bits and pieces here and there (aka what does a specialist do) with about 10-20% of actual calculations... what about level two? Is this primarily application and calculations being that 40% is FR&A and Equity??

I guess level 2 will deal with applications, calclations as well as concepts in depth.... , suggestions required from level 3 candidates here.....

The major chunk of your final exam is likely to comprise of calculation based questions. You'll be needed to memorize the formulae and learn their application by practicing EOC, sample exam and mock exam. Try doing as many CFAI questions as possible, it'll boost your chances of passing the Level II exam. Do not compromise on practice. You can use some good test provider to ensure that you cover all the concepts. Let me save your time by saying that Q-Bank is not adequate at all for Level II prep.
