Question

A Qbank question about real estate valuation includes

# Annual interest expense = $32,000.
# Annual debt service expense = $35,000.

What is Debt service? The principal on the mortgage? Or is it just breaking out the interest portion and we are to assume that debt service = 32000 interest +3000 principal = 35000 debt service?
