When creating an Asset Allocation for a client, the only three steps that should never change are your a) Prediction Procedure (C2) b) Investors Risk Tolerance FUNCTION FUNCTION FUNCTION.. I say your Investors Risk Tolerance Function (I2), and 3) Your OPTIMIZER (M1)
I can totally see a CFAI question where they ask which one is not supposed to change over time?
a- risk tolerance
b-risk tolerance function
c-risk function tolerance
FUNCTION, OPTIMIZER, and PREDICTION PROCEDURE DO NOT CHANGE
