Pass or fail? Passing, no. You could have aced the exam or barely passed each section. If you failed you can use the standard 40/60/80 rule. Assume you scored an 80 in the >70 sections, a 60 in the 50-70 sections, and a 40 in the <50 sections. Weight the sections appropriately and sum your score. It's hardly accurate, but it at least gives you an idea of your score.
