in issuer paid research, who pay for the research report? broker or subject company?
in prudent man rule, since we avoid risky investment, can I invest in passive (index fund)and mutual fund under old prudent man rule? do we need to minimize the transaction cost under old rule? do we need to minimize total cost under new rule?
