Q 8 - Anyone could think of any reason why option C is not violated?

Isn't it violated? That's why answer is B least likely violated. or am I looking at the wrong question.

Everyone does that man..You are no different..

Back to the point, I would say he is no way violating priority of transaction so that becomes obvious choice but to your point, yeah because he might be making some bucks from there.
