Are BS items usually shown as a percentage of assets or revenues? I initially thought assets but in the CFAI books, I show them as over revenues. Or are revenues only used when it comes to forecasting? Thanks.

Are you talking about Pro-Forma or Common Sizing?

Pro-Forma = Revenue
Common Sizing = Assets.
