Did the Institute change their method of delivering their results?
Online it says:
26 July 2011 June 2011 Levels I and II exam results e-mailed
27 July 2011 June 2011 levels I and II exam results available online

definitely would reduce the load on their server, with results out on email I doubt if people would even bother to check it again specifically on their website ..
