So I passed level 1 in June, but don't finish undergrad until December. They won't let me register for level 2 yet, so I can't get my material. I have a friend that ordered the level 2 books from 2009 on ebay and have access to them until I graduate. Generally doesn't change that much but it really depends on the hot issues in the market. Over time the test evolves and emphasis shifts based on surveys of market participants but it is generally gradual.
