definitely heart attack. diet + smoking. he was a smoker for years. not a heavy drinker as far as I am aware.

Barry Ritholtz put up a bunch of videos today. My favorite is where he's criticizing a guy who called for a top in July 2010 because of the possibility of rising taxes under Obama. Mark's logic wasn't perfect, but he just smashed the guy.
